We have a long and impressive heritage of production in both Hampshire and Dorset dating back to the 1850's. Tim Jesty our Production Manager in Dorset is a 4th generation watercress farmer.

This aquatic plant is truly unique and very versatile, recently classed as a ‘Superfood’ - watercress is packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Wildlife conservation is important to us as a company and we actively enhance natural habitats; with all farms having their own unique flora and fauna.
